I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your parcel. Your order is currently with U.S. Customs, and since this is an international shipment, delays can occasionally occur at this stage.

We did note the expected delivery timeframe on our website as between June 26 and Wednesday, July 9, so it's still within the estimated window. I’m hopeful it will arrive within the next few days.

I’m also so sorry for the oversight—the minimum age should indeed be listed as 5+, but unfortunately, this was removed from the website when we made updates.
